Solar operated 30mph sign hit by vehicle lying across pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

30mph flashing sign - solar powered by panels on top. It's in front of LC no. 7 on the pavement. Signage is damaged and lying across the pavement. Obstruction for pedestrians. Reported last Saturday 3rd July over the phone but the damaged signage is still there. Broken glass on the ground. Please arrange to be removed/repaired as soon as possible. Thanks.
