Road closure at Kingsweston Lane/Napier Miles Road?

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 09:33, Wed 7 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Inadequate road signage for diversion in place. Signage has blown down and needs putting back up. Caller says there is 3 masses of flytipping on council land (Parks). The hedges from the open council land are encroaching badly onto Napier Miles Road and need to be cut back significantly.
