There is a number of pavement slabs that are causing great concern

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 09:27, Thu 8 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

We were coming home from school on Tuesday 6th July when my son was thrown off his scooter because the pot hole caught his front wheel. This is a main school route and really needs fixing. My son came off and rolled 4 times down the path. He has been left with injuries all over his body. His face is smashed in because of the uneven surface. I have pictures of his injuries. This is something that's been left for years. I been part of southmead 3 years and nothing has been done. Now my son has had to take time off school because of his injuries. He can't eat talk write atm because of the damage.
