Skip and materials on the road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The skip and building materials left on the road in meadow street avonmouth have been here for so long now surely they should have applied for planning permission as a permanent feature by now ? They are not even outside the house which they are for ! This is an anti social behaviour and an eyesore. Essential parking space is lost which around here is rare enough without additional problems.
