Abandoned 'Diverted Traffic' sign?

Is the 'Diverted Traffic' sign on Argyle Place across the road from The Lion also left behind and abandoned after the water pipe leak repairs on Clifton Wood Road, outside Goldney House? Thanks.

    The road diverted signs appeared about 10 days ago and there is nothing going on. Traffic is needlessly diverting and private rubbish collectors dont think they can access
