Crossing light not illuminating

The crossing is unsafe as the light does not illuminate to warn drivers of potential pedestrians crossing the road

  • Street lamp was by house so they blackened half of it. Lamp moved across street but still half blackened so only half street lit up. Can a new glass be put in so all street lit up please.
