Overgrown shrubs and trees causing people to dump rubbish in amongst it

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Asked over a year ago for this to be cut back but have been ignored. Looks very unsightly and as said rubbish being left in amongst all the brambles and weeds.
