Large vehicles parking on edge of Callington road, obstructing view of junction

There is a parking area adjacent to Callington Road, on the junction of Callington & Wells Road. Almost every afternoon and evening there is a small coach parked here and sometimes another delivery van. This causes an obstructed view of the very busy ring-road junction, for residents of the private lane parallel to Wells road, which exits onto Callington road and customers of the shops here, too. Considering how busy this junction is, there should not be any parking allowed so close to the junction. This issue has been going on for at least six months now.
