Bins overflowing, not being picked up for 2 weeks and todays collection was refused

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 11:12, Tue 13 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This bin on orchard road has not been emptied for the past 2 weeks and is overflowing. too many residents live around and have no black bins, which explains the amount of garbage. and now with the coming heat, flies will be all over it, and refuse bags will be left near it.
