This bin on orchard road has not been emptied for the past 2 weeks and is overflowing. too many residents live around and have no black bins, which explains the amount of garbage. and now with the coming heat, flies will be all over it, and refuse bags will be left near it.

Not been collected yet, needs to be urgently emptied or will moved onto the main road at the moment it is located on a private property with flats experiencing flies and seagulls all over them
