Drain blocked following rain

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 17:30, Wed 14 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Following rainfall the surface drainage gully on my pathway (fed from house roof guttering drainpipe) overflows. I contacted the drainage company who recently replaced my drainage pipework. They inspected using underground cameras and confirmed all drains clear on my property. They suggested calling the council for further action/advice. Can you advise how this blockage can be resolved.
