Uncollected recycling including food waste

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2870182.

My neighbours and I put our recycling bins out on Monday night for the Tuesday morning collection. They are still there. I have reported it to the council once on their form and once on the phone. I was assured the bins would be collected this afternoon (Friday) Of course they have not been. The food waste bins are now very smelly and mine is full of maggots - I expect everyone else's is too.
