Loose man hole cover making noise at Cotham Brow & Cheltenham Rd junction

There is a rocking manhole cover at the junction of Cotham Brow and Cheltenham Road. This is making a very loud noise every time a vehicle passes over it. This is waking us up in the night and annoying us in the day. It is incredibly disruptive to the area. We are about 80m away from the site so I can only imagine how loud it is for residents and businesses in even closer proximity. Please repair this as a matter of urgency. Many Thanks. Dave C, 125 Cotham Brow.
