An overgrowth of vegetation (ivy, bramble etc.) from adjoining land is growing overthe boundary wall and impacting upon 22 Elmdale Gardens (sheltered housing for elderly). Unsure as to whether this is council land or no mans land? Reoccurring annual problem that is affecting the wellbeing of the residents of the estate.
