Excessive grass cutting during key summer months for insects

Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:19, Thu 22 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2883159.

The green in Kennion Road is full of wildflowers with insects, bees and other essential pollinators - until the council come round every month and cut the grass and destroy their habitat. Can you please update your mowing schedule and leave the green uncut until at least September. I understood the Council had declared an Ecological disaster and were reducing their grass cutting.
