Out of control hedge

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 20:57, Sun 25 July 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The property at the junction of whittington road, & Selbrook Crescent is completely out of control. The hedge is at least 20 foot high, and protuding over the pavement causing people to walk in the road, people with push chairs, and those with a disability cannot pass on the pavement, they have to go into the road. The resident of the property has been spoken to on a number of occasions, including by the local counciller, who managed to get him to cut it back, albeit it in a small way. It is so out of control it is becoming dangerous for those who have to walk into the road.
