The drain on the road outside 4 woodcroft close is blocked. The heavy rain meant the drain could not cope and consequently all the water overflowed down my drive and through the air bricks into the house. d

It appears that the problem is made worse by the open drain on the allotment, which is 50m away also gets blocked. Then the additional water is diverted, in heavy rain, down just one mains drain in the close. The drain needs to be cleaned out and the open drain on the allotment probably needs cleaning out/repairs.

7pm Saturday 21st August. Flooded again due to the same blocked drain and the blocked drain on the allotment. Last time was 27th July and nothing has been done and no updates. The water gets under the house each time. Please can someone take it seriously and simply come around and clear out the blocked drain in the road AND the one on the allotment. In the past raw sewage has come up when the drains get blocked. This is a real health hazard and has the potential to cause a lot of damage to the house. Luckily I was in this time an able to divert some of the water
