Drain on Totterdown bridge (left side when going towards Bath Road) The water covers the road every time it rains so today after heavy rain its very unpleasant. In fact the whole road was covered in water so cycling was almost impossible

It looks like the drain is not draining water. This is persisting problem making walking and cycling very unpleasant. Given that the new block of flats that is going erected next to the bridge is going to increase trafficking over the bridge this needs urgent attention.
