Passage to backyard got flooded, suspect blocked drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2899599.

Noticed smelly waste water no longer draining away quickly, saw flooding nearly reaching my backdoor in last few days what with wet weather. Suspect blockage but can't tell.
