This bridge was painted as part of an art project and looked very nice. But, has now been covered in graffiti. Can it be cleaned up?

You can see the problem for pedestrians and how dangerous this is! Needs to be sorted ASAP because the neighbour thinks the streets is her storage room. I've contacted you guys on several occasions and nothing has been done!
