Overgrown hedges, which residents are not cutting back, including brambles at head hight blocking path, as well as overhanging the pavement, between number 80 right up to 100 Wedmore Vale. This is becoming danger to the public as well as the postmen and your recycling operatives. I was led to believe that the garden side is down to the residents and road side down to BCC, which neither are keeping on top of.
