Large dip in road on bridge section

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
There has been a large depression in the road over the bridge for a long time. I have a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and have to slow down significantly when going over this large depression as the back of the vehicle slams down heavy when going over bumps or dips in the road. This is very dangerous and needs to be corrected ASAP.

This dip is definitely getting worse over time, I now avoid it by driving in the A4 lane. The dip is on the joint between the bridge and the land
