Depression in Road. Tarmac Breaking up

Road Tarmac Surface between 3-9 Summer Hill is Cracking and Breaking up. Tarmac, top layer pieces are being chipped and away and causing a skid hazzard to traffic. The area is getting working and causing a large depression in Road.

This section of Summer Hill continues to deteriorate and has done for months. There is a large depression where the tarmac has crumbled and the road surface has disintegrated. It is a skid hazard and a danger to cyclists, pedestrians and drivers.
