Subway is flooded

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The subway located adjacent to the st.Philip and st Jacob church which passes under the A4044, continues to be blocked by deep water after heavy rain fall. making the cycling route inaccessible, and pedestrian crossing impossible. This has been an ongoing issue for around 10 months.

I didn't realise how deep this was until too late. My shoes, socks and the ends of my trouser legs were soaked. The shoes may be ruined so I will have to look into claiming for the damage.
What the hell is the Council's excuse for this???
