Utility cover not fixed after several months.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2920819.

Despite the council declaring that no action is needed the utility cover remains damaged, dangerous and surrounded by barriers, obstructing the pavement, so the utility company considers that action is needed. The action required by the council is to ensure that the utility company repairs the covers quickly.
