An area about 4 feet square in the concrete road surface is cracked and damaged and part of it has sunk into the ground underneath.

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 10:39, Sun 8 August 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This problem has been here for several months and is getting steadily worse. It is a SAFETY HAZARD for pedestrians and cyclists and could cause damage to cars when they drive over it (there is a noise when cars drive over it). After recent heavy rain there is now water underneath the cracked concrete. You are aware of the problem as yellow paint was drawn around the affected area 3 or 4 months ago although this has now faded.
