This problem has been here for several months and is getting steadily worse. It is a SAFETY HAZARD for pedestrians and cyclists and could cause damage to cars when they drive over it (there is a noise when cars drive over it). After recent heavy rain there is now water underneath the cracked concrete. You are aware of the problem as yellow paint was drawn around the affected area 3 or 4 months ago although this has now faded.
