Broken road sign on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:48, Thu 12 August 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This broken and dangerous sign damaged in an accident months ago presents a definite hazard to pedestrians on their way to and from Parson Street Station and beyond. With events now returning to Ashton Gate Stadium it needs removing immediately before someone gets hurt

Updates

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

  • The offending item was still there at 16.00 this afternoon Thursday 19th August. Tomorrow night many supporters will be using this station in the evening to and from Ashton Gate Stadium. I assume if anyone is injured by let's say tripping over it in the dark, your lax attitude to sorting this out after having been informed will be responsible.

  • It’s now three months since I reporters this issue. When walking past today on Friday October 15th I noticed the situation still presents a dangerous problem for pedestrians. Why has no appropriate action been taken within a reasonable timeframe? Are you offering a service or not??
