Very large pot holes and verge collapsing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Extreme danger for pedestrians and vehicles. Verge collapsing and massive pot holes in road (multiple). Some holes cover more than half the width of the road. This road is the access route to Nightingale Forest - heavy foot traffic. Many accidents have already happened. Road on edges is collapsing - vehicles at high risk. When it rains or in the dark, these can be rendered invisible to pedestrians.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
