Removal of drop kerb

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 08:52, Mon 16 August 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 hours, 5 minutes later

Following recent work to the crossing, the drop kerb has between the cycle path going up Park Street and the cycle path across College Green has been removed. Some angled kerb stones have been fitted, but are likely to cause a bike to crash due to their shape particularly when wet.

Updates

  • Someone is going to have a nasty fall over this raised paving slab!! Whilst waiting to be picked up every 3rd person was tripping over it. I ended up warning people then putting the sign over it!! The roads and pavements around central Bristol are very poor.
