  • The blocked drain on the corner of Victoria Walk and Nugent Hill is still severely blocked with mud, gravel (from when the road surface was top dressed several years ago) and now leaves. This drain has not been cleaned out for many years, causing rainwater from both Fremantle Rd, Fremantle Square and NugentHill to flood uncontrolled down Nugent Hill towards Arley Hill, creating a flood at the traffic lights in Cheltenham Rd. This problem was reported by our local Councillor in August, three months ago and has still not been actioned or resolved. The flooding problems will only get worse if no action is taken.
