Gully’s backing up with water outside No. 20

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2942102.

Skip and bags of building materials are believed to be covering a drain located outside number 20, this lead to the gullies being filled with water and not draining during recent rain fall. Skip has been present for several months as a result of ongoing building works.
