Car repairs being carried out on a residential road

A silver Citroën car Reg No KY58 VTG has been left up on a ramp with tyre removed in a state of disrepair for several months opposite number 21 Rodney Road, St George, Bristol BS15 1EG. It looks unsightly and is taking up valuable parking space.
