Overhanging foliage obstructing path & road

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 09:26, Thursday 19 August 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The trees & shrubs surrounding the railway which passes under Duchess Rd have been left unattended for some years and now cause a significant obstruction of the pavement and highway. The footpath is impassable without stepping out onto the road, and the clearance over the highway is well under the recommended minimum height.
