Café 96 - has had tables and chairs out fronting the highway but have continued to put even more out and it's now coming to the front near the flats on Holmes Court, Holmes Grove. People can't sit out on their own verandas as 10-15 tables are put out. More if they've reached capacity inside. The railings to the side of the flats have tables up against them stopping elderly residents from holding on to go down the steps fronting their properties, causing falls. Please can there be a restriction on where the tables are placed?
