Overground shrubs restricting parking
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 12:06, Fri 20 August 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2947880.
In the middle of this cup de sac is a green. Green edged with trees, shrubs & bushes. Obviously during summer months these grow. Without trimming at least once during the summer they grow out of control & impact on the parking bays around the outside of the green. If you do park you risk damage to your car due to thorns & branches or being hit by another vehicle as you can not park properly within the bay. I report this every year & can’t understand why the area is over looked by the council & not kept properly.

The shrubs & hedges in the areas reported in August Have not been tended too. It is now a real concern for residents/visitors who drive into the cup de sac & need to take a left. Visibility to what’s coming round from the other side is non existent & could cause accidents. Parking in the bays dreadful as a lot of the shrubs have grown onto roads. This area usually gets attention once a year but way before now. Can this please be addressed ASAP.
