Noise nuisance from pedestrian crossing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Audible signal from pedestrian crossing is extremely loud. It is causing a noise nuisance to the residents of the Eclipse residential building on Broad Weir. The alarm is so loud that it can be heard from floor 7 even when all the (double glazed) windows are shut.

Reported here a year ago but no action taken.
