Road subsiding on patchwork repairs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Outside of 88/90 Newbridge Road, the road has started to subside leaving the tarmac risen 35-50mm above the finished surface level. It appears that patchwork repairs where completed by the inspection chamber and the tarmac risen is the existing road surface
