Missing cover on Picton Street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I think this is a missing stopcock cover; a rounf hole c. 20co diameter. Outside Caterine Court at the top of Pictop Street. There are some spray markings of the sort used to mark impending works, but these are old. It's a real trip hazard,
