Depression, loose

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2956056.

Believe it is a comms plate, approx. 400mm x 600mm. part of it as sunk raising other side where pavement drops for crossing point. Callers son tripped and hurt himself. Thanks
