Bushes and trees are overhanging the fence all along Thiery road making it difficult to drive down without hitting them or parked cars

As you can see the bushes are still overhanging even though council workers have slightly trimmed some bushes. You can see in the pictures the road has a big camber which causes vehicles to hit the trees, you cannot trim to the curb they need cutting back to level with the fence.
