Trees/ Bushes have become so overgrown that they are obstructing the pavement

The pedestrian pathway is being obstructed by overgrown bushes & trees on this section of the Bath Road and it is route to Oasis Brislington School & means the the journey on this section of the Bath Road is now potentially dangerous.
Please can you arrange for the obstruction to be removed. cut back asap so that the journey along that pathway is not hindered.
