Shrubs on bank outside our flat have overgrown and now ivy and brambles plus baby trees are growing out of control, overhanging the public path now. It should be pruned and looked after by the Council.

As above, the shrubs are overgrown and now ivy, small trees and brambles are taking over on the bank outside the flat. It needs pruning and clearing. I have tried to cut it back, but due to illness and my age, it is now an impossible task. This occurs every year too.
