This wheelie bin, or one that looks identical, is now on the railway bridge across the road. This bin is not being looked after by any residential property, and is lost/abandoned. Therefore, please can this bin be removed because it's attracting fly tipping and causing obstruction to pavement users.

More fly tipping rubbish has appeared on other side of this road, adjacent to the abandoned black wheelie bin. Please can the wheelie bin be removed, it's been around the railway bridge for 6 months, and could clearly get thrown onto the tracks one day.

Yesterday, 3rd October, the black bin was no longer there (at the St John’s side if Clifton Down Station). Thank you. There was an overspilling one on Alma Rd (near the car entrance to the Sainsbury’s carpark) .
