Reported via mobile in the Street Name Plate category anonymously at 15:24, Thu 2 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The posts have sheered off at the base of the sign that normally sits on Effingham Road at the junction with Leopold Road and the sign is no longer safely secured. It is currently leaning against the wall at an angle , but keeps falling over thereby obstructing pavement
