Sign for Effingham Road broken and unsafe .... obstructing pavement if not leaning against wall

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The posts have sheered off at the base of the sign that normally sits on Effingham Road at the junction with Leopold Road and the sign is no longer safely secured. It is currently leaning against the wall at an angle , but keeps falling over thereby obstructing pavement
