Blocked drain giving off very sewerage smell.

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 09:04, Tue 7 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There are two drains at the bottom of Arthur Street. One is at least two thirds full of water and debris which is giving off a very unpleasant smell. To be honest, it smells like human waste... The drain opposite is completely covered by a large builders bag that has been used to deliver sand. This bag has been here since December 2020.
