Please bollard one end of the street

Emlyn Road is used as a rat run by through traffic. Motorists routinely exceed the speed limit, putting the lives of residents at risk. Please instal bollards across one end of the road. This would retain access for residents, deliveries and emergency vehicles, but would remove through traffic. The same action should be taken on neighbouring streets to make driving through the area less attractive, reducing the overall number of drivers choosing to drive through the area.
