  • I work for BCC Private Housing Team, I had cause to visit the ally way, where the blocked drain is. It is opposite a HMO where a number of people are going in and out. The ally way is gated, but I believe that BCC should have the code. It does need to be dealt we as a matter of urgency.

  • It has been a good while now and the Hanover St. Drain is still blocked and smelling. It seems no effort has been made to rectify this issue by the Council. Could I ask that this matter is looked into as soon as possible.
