Branches with horns at head height
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:20, Thu 9 September 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2991099.
The branches of a thorn bush have grown right across the pavement infront of no 3 Cogsall Rd and pedestrians either have to use their arms to push them out the way or go into the road to avoid. They are also at the same height as my 3 year old who's almost run into them and caught her eye. They started being a nuisance in July but are now getting dangerous.
