Utility cover propped open on Cenotaph near to junction with Quay Street/Colston Avenue

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A utility cover on the Cenotaph close to Quay Street/Colston Avenue has been propped open at one end- possibly with the aim of turning it into a makeshift skateboard ramp.

Please could you arrange for this to be attended to.
