Demolished bollard remnants presents high risk to cyclists

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 20:10, Fri 10 September 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

One of the two bollards that prevent cars from crossing the bridge over the river has been demolished, presumably by accident. There remains about 2 or 3 inches of the bollard. In the dark, or when the bridge accumulates inches deep of autumn leaves, this remnant will not be visible. A lot of cyclists, joggers and walkers use this route and there could be a nasty accident as a result, especially if a cyclist his that bollard stump at any speed.
