Car has been parked I. Front of my drive away for more than 48h, preventing access to and use of my drive away. I understand that our vehicle is not on our driveway but we had to park our car miles away and this is nuisance on the grounds that the driver is interfering with my use and enjoyment of my property. The police may not want to intervene so I am hoping some help from Bristol Council, under its CPE
